MANUFATURING

Precision Engineering in Seven Steps

1 Mold Making

Custom silicone or FRP molds are precision-fabricated from client drawings. Each mold is calibrated for dimensional accuracy and surface finish before entering production.

2 Material Mixing

Premium acrylic resin, ATH (alumina trihydrate) filler, pigments, and catalysts are blended under vacuum to eliminate air bubbles.

3 Vacuum Cast-Molding

The degassed resin mixture is poured into the mold under vibration and vacuum pressure, ensuring uniform density and zero voids in the finished piece.

4 Curing & Demolding

The cast piece cures at controlled temperature until fully solidified, then is carefully demolded. Post-curing in a baking chamber relieves internal stress and stabilizes dimensions.

5 Thermoforming & Shaping

For curved or complex geometries, solid surface sheets are heated and vacuum-formed over custom molds. This enables seamless curves, integrated armrests, and sloped shower floors.

6 Sanding & Polishing

Skilled artisans hand-finish each piece with progressively finer grits, achieving the specified matte, satin, or high-gloss surface. Edges are refined to exact tolerances.

7 100% Final Inspection

Every unit undergoes full inspection — dimensional check, surface integrity, color consistency, drain fit, and water test — before being approved for packaging.
